I put 5 rectangles and selected direct selection tool and went to the corners of the 4 rectangles that around the middle rectangle and anchored each side to make those 4 rectangles into trapezoids. Then i selected the whole thing and went to window and put scribble effect on, and added people and a dog/cat.
